Why bother with a live band?
DJ’s can be a great, cost effective solution for your party.
However, the entertainment value, energy and all round experience of a fully live band is impossible to beat.
As a fully live band we have complete flexibility over how we play our set to ensure we fill the dance floor.
We regularly vamp and alter musical arrangements to get the crowd involved, have bridal party dance offs, guests singing etc and put our own spin on a few favourites to really spice up the party!

Aren’t all bands “live”?
No!
Some rely on pre recorded backing tracks as part of their performance.
We keep things fully live with total flexibility.
How do I decide between all the bands available?
There are undoubtedly a lot of good bands available. The decision is completely personal.
Check out their live content, send them a message, arrange a chat and even visit them at a showcase or public gig!
You should feel comfortable with who you are speaking with and feel confident in your communications with the band.
Cost of course is a factor, gather quotes and negotiate with your short list of bands to get the best deal for you!

How much should I expect to spend?
It depends on a few factors such as the size of the band, what services they are offering, how professional their set up is and whether long distance travel is required, among other aspects.
These factors can greatly impact how much a band will charge and you may find that gathering a few quotes before making your final decision helps you gain a picture of what to expect cost wise.
